CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES 2023

We are experiencing some delays due to volume with Australia Post so unfortunately cannot guarantee our usual delivery times. 

**Christmas Break**

Our last day of despatching orders will be Wednesday 20th December - any orders placed after midnight on Tuesday will be not be dispatched until Monday 8th January 2024.

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via courier or Australia Post.We use Direct Freight Express for large parcels.

• We have a flat delivery fee of $9.99 Australia-wide
• We are happy to quote postage overseas - just send us an email sales@ozcorp.com.au

We aim to have your order despatched from our warehouse within 3 working days – deliveries can take up to a week depending on how far you are from NSW!

 Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.

International Postage - Please email us for a quote!

Out of Stocks - we update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you asap that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
