CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES 2021

As per information on our homepage/blog the date to receive parcels prior to Friday 24th December has now passed. The last day of despatch will be Wednesday 22nd December.

**Christmas Break**

We will close our warehouse between Wednesday 22nd December and Monday 10th January - any orders placed during this period will be not be sent until Monday 10th January. Merry Christmas and here's to a happy 2022.

** Covid-19 is causing delays in deliveries, particularly with Australia Post. We apologise in advance and will despatch your order usually within two working days in an effort to combat the delivery delays**

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via courier or Australia Post.We use Fastways or Direct Freight Express. 

  • We have a flat delivery fee of $9.99 Australia-wide
  • We are happy to quote postage overseas - just send us an email sales@ozcorp.com.au

We aim to have your order despatched from our warehouse within 3 working days – deliveries can take up to a week depending on how far you are from NSW!

 Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.

International Postage - Please email us for a quote!

Out of Stocks - we update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you asap that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
